RATES AND POLICIES - Private Lessons and Group Classes/Ensembles

PRIVATE LESSONS
$35/30 Minutes
$65/60 Minutes
Group Classes
Techniques I (Ages 9-11) $230/per session
Techniques II (Ages 11-14) $240/per session
Own Your Moment! (Ages 12 and up) $250/per session
Small Group Ensemble (Ages 12 and up) $260/per session
BILLING:
Tuition payments can be made with cash, check or credit card**.
-Private lessons: are billed monthly and due on or before the first lesson of the month.
-Classes: Tuition is due one week before the start of the session.
**Credit card payments accepted for private lessons only. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Please read through very carefully as this policy will be strictly adhered to with no exceptions.
Up to one (1) cancellation per month can be either made-up or credited provided that twenty-four (24) hours or more notice is given. More than one cancellation per month will not be credited, nor will a makeup lesson be offered. Lessons cancelled by the instructor will either be made up or credited per the student’s decision.
If less than twenty-four (24) hours notice is given, no credit will be issued regardless of reason.
A no-call/no-show will not be made up or credited under any circumstance.
Failure to cancel or show more than twice can result in the student being permanently removed from the schedule and any and all remaining tuition will be forfeited.
Group Classes:
Tuition is non-refundable after the first week of class, REGARDLESS OF REASON. If a scheduling conflict arises, we will make every effort to put the student in a different class/time that is the same or similar to the class they originally signed up for however we cannot guarantee there will be a spot available in another class.
